Applications include a $25 application fee per home along with a $300 holding deposit. After submitting your application, residents complete income verification through Snappt, and a background and credit screening may also be performed when applicable. Screening results are typically available within 48 hours, although timing may vary slightly depending on the application process. Approved applicants receive a welcome email with lease documents available for electronic signature.

Average rental rates currently include:

  • One Bedroom Apartments: Approximately $2,191

Lease Terms and Qualification Requirements

To qualify for an apartment home, households are generally required to earn at least two times the monthly gross rent. Our leasing team is available to answer questions about income qualifications and application requirements.

We also welcome all lawful sources of income as part of our application process.
